The most wonderfully relaxing facial I have had in a long time. Helen took time to look at my skin and altered the treatment and skin mask accordingly. With a head and arm massage too - I feel completely spoilt! Highly recommend. Thank you Helen 😊

I recently had a treatment at ERA Skin Lab and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Everything was explained clearly before the treatment, including what to expect, the benefits, and the aftercare, which made me feel completely confident. The treatment itself was professional, gentle, and tailored to my skin’s needs. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with genuine care and expertise. Amazing facial! Helen uses this special machine to see your skin and normally mine is super dehydrated. After Helen telling me every time I go to drink more water, it's finally paid off! First time my skin hasn't been dehydrated. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep! Thank you!

I had an Obagi peel, a skin scan and a Skintrinsiq treatment with Charlotte and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Her knowledge is incredible she explains everything so clearly and you can tell she genuinely knows her stuff. She’s so friendly, chatty and easy to be around, which made the appointment really relaxed and enjoyable. I felt completely informed throughout and my skin is already glowing. The BEST in Leeds. I trust her with ANYTHING on my face. I just tell her to do what she thinks as she is so good. If you are looking to get anything done I HIGHLY recommend Charlotte. Absolutely gorgeous experience, went for a block of four bio peel facials. The attention to detail on my skin was brilliant and now my skin looks and feels great, with a huge reduction in clogged pores. Holly gives you helpful tips and tricks for your own skin too. Loved my treatments.

I had my appointment today for a lip blush treatment and, as always, I was welcomed into a friendly and professional environment. Even though my pain tolerance isn’t the best, I felt well looked after and reassured throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I always have a great experience when I come in for my lip treatments. Highly recommend!

I’ve just had a full body massage and a medik8 facial with Helen. I can honestly say it was by far the best facial and massage I have ever had. My skin is glowing and feels super soft. Helen is amazing at what she does and I have left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I will be returning to Helen again and will 100% recommend her services. The salon is also beautiful. X

What can I say ! Today is exactly what I have needed for a LONGGGG time :) Charlotte answered all my questions, was so educated and give me so much good advice for my skin ! I could not recommend the micro needling facial enough - my face is so baby soft and the glow is insane ! And this is the same day ! Can't wait to see the final results in a few weeks !
