I recently had a treatment at ERA Skin Lab and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Everything was explained clearly before the treatment, including what to expect, the benefits, and the aftercare, which made me feel completely confident. The treatment itself was professional, gentle, and tailored to my skin’s needs. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with genuine care and expertise. The clinic was spotless, relaxing, and I would definitely recommend.

What can I say Charlotte is amazing at what she does I always leave happy and waiting for my next appointment! Emma was super friendly, calming and knowledgable. She took the time to assess my skin and what would be best for me, giving me some great tips and advice for helping my acne marks. I had microneedling and it wasn’t painful at all. I felt relaxed the entire time and I’m looking forward to more sessions and seeing the results! Thanks Emma :)

Absolutely gorgeous experience, went for a block of four bio peel facials. The attention to detail on my skin was brilliant and now my skin looks and feels great, with a huge reduction in clogged pores. Holly gives you helpful tips and tricks for your own skin too. Loved my treatments.

I had my first ever facial with Holly! She was absolutely amazing and made me feel completely at ease! We put the world to rights too which was also great!
