This is my second time,I had a treatment two years ago and came back again. What I really appreciate now is how Ale encourages you to exercise as well, because just relying on the treatment alone isn’t sustainable. It works better when it’s combined with exercise and a healthy diet, and Ale creates a space that supports all of that. She also personalises the experience by combining different treatments based on what your body needs.For me, helping with detoxifying my body, reducing cellulite, bloating and dissolving fat.
