June took the time to listen to what was sore, and tailored the treatment to my requirements. Believe it or not, that's rare to find in a massage therapist. Walked out of the session feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and there was a debrief afterwards with further advice which was appreciated. Highly recommend

This was my second appointment with Kuniko. The original appointment had to be cancelled by her, but she personally contacted me, thanked me for my re-visit, and sincerely apologised for the inconvenience. She was also very flexible and re-scheduled my appointment. I’ve confirmed that Kuniko is not only skilled in Shiatsu but also excellent in customer service in the back office. Of course, she gave me another fantastic Shiatsu treatment for my shoulder. Thank you again, Kuniko!

I did the latest 8th-generation M22 treatment today, and it was performed by Katherine. Her technique was very skilled, and she has extensive professional knowledge about skincare. During the procedure, she patiently explained the principles and expected pain level before each step, and adjusted the settings according to my actual skin condition.
