I recently visited Joanne at Springhill and had the most wonderful top-to-toe treatment. A facial followed by reflexology. From the moment I arrived, Joanne made me feel completely relaxed and welcomed. The facial was incredibly soothing and left my skin feeling refreshed, nourished, and cared for. Visiting Aimee for a massage is a wonderful experience. I suffer chronic pain and restricted mobility, her help with a thorough massage is so beneficial. Aimee listens to how I am feeling and tailors my massage so I receive maximum benefit. I cannot recommend her enough. 5 stars is not enough!

I had the most wonderful massage experience from start to finish. Sarah was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed. Excellent service, a calming atmosphere, and great attention to detail, including the thoughtful touch of being offered a complimentary bottle of water afterward and time to relax. I arrive achy and full of knots, I leave feeling revived and my back and shoulders are ready for the gym once more. Recently has a slight shoulder injury which Aimee sorted for me. Can't recommend her sports massages enough, especially if you strength train or have a strenuous job.

Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!
