I recently visited Joanne at Springhill and had the most wonderful top-to-toe treatment. A facial followed by reflexology. From the moment I arrived, Joanne made me feel completely relaxed and welcomed. The facial was incredibly soothing and left my skin feeling refreshed, nourished, and cared for. The reflexology was equally amazing, helping me unwind and feel balanced from head to toe. Joanne is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

I arrive achy and full of knots, I leave feeling revived and my back and shoulders are ready for the gym once more. Recently has a slight shoulder injury which Aimee sorted for me. Can't recommend her sports massages enough, especially if you strength train or have a strenuous job.

I had a great reflexology treatment! Because of the environment Joanne has created I immediately started to relax as I walked into the therapy room. Joanne is skilled and experienced as a reflexologist and I left feeling rebalanced and soothed!

Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. Whether it’s a relaxing massage or a sports massage, I always leave feeling better and looking forward to the next one. She has great knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!
