Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. Whether it’s a relaxing massage or a sports massage, I always leave feeling better and looking forward to the next one. She has great knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!

Visiting Aimee for a massage is a wonderful experience. I suffer chronic pain and restricted mobility, her help with a thorough massage is so beneficial. Aimee listens to how I am feeling and tailors my massage so I receive maximum benefit. I cannot recommend her enough. 5 stars is not enough!

Georgia was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. The assessment was very thorough and throughout the massage Georgiaafe sure I was happy with pressure being used, she was chatty. I really enjoyed my sports massage and have booked in again, thank you

I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and so much more relaxed than when I arrived. It's amazing how much tension melts away, and I carry that sense of calm with me long after the session. I had the most wonderful massage experience from start to finish. Sarah was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed. Excellent service, a calming atmosphere, and great attention to detail, including the thoughtful touch of being offered a complimentary bottle of water afterward and time to relax. I highly recommend Wellness and Glow and look forward to my next appointment.

I arrive achy and full of knots, I leave feeling revived and my back and shoulders are ready for the gym once more. Recently has a slight shoulder injury which Aimee sorted for me. Can't recommend her sports massages enough, especially if you strength train or have a strenuous job.

As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

The massage I didn’t know I needed as much as I did! After a crazy busy few weeks I went for an aromatherapy message. An efficient consultation followed by a bespoke blend of oils matched to my needs and a relaxing hour of massage. A wonderfully relaxing experience.

Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!
