Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. Excellent sports massage, I had one 4 days before and then another 3 days after my first marathon, it helped me to be in the best condition and to recover. I’m sure the massages even helped knock a couple of minutes off my time!

recently went to a new sports massage therapist and it was such a positive change. He immediately made me feel at ease and really helped me relax. What stood out was how much I learned during the session — he explained that I’ve been holding tension and using the wrong muscles instead of engaging my back properly.
