I’ve just signed up for a full course. So hopefully teaching me how to work and carry myself properly. He certainly waved a magic wand!!!

I honestly can't recommend Stacey enough. Every massage has made such a difference to how I feel, not just physically but mentally too. As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

The massage I didn’t know I needed as much as I did! After a crazy busy few weeks I went for an aromatherapy message. An efficient consultation followed by a bespoke blend of oils matched to my needs and a relaxing hour of massage. A wonderfully relaxing experience.

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!
