I had the most incredible experience at Mademoiselle this weekend! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome. The team has such amazing energy, and the atmosphere is warm, friendly and incredibly professional. I had both my hair and nails done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail and level of care were outstanding. I also loved the music playing throughout the salon – it created such a fun and relaxing vibe. It was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you to the wonderful team for making me feel special.

As a one-year returning client, I find this studio to compare favourably with top massage establishments that I visited in Thailand, like Wat Pho Massage School. The rooms at their new venue are comfortable and clean. The friendly, homely atmosphere and Thai aesthetics and background music, without the frills of a luxury spa, add to the authenticity of the overall experience. Napot is highly skilled, attentive and intuitive. I have consistently experienced his treatments as personalised, effective, relaxing and never a matter of merely going through the motions. Absolutely recommended!

She took the time to explain each step of the treatment, why it was being done, and how it benefits my skin, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring. I had my lashes done for the first time with Claire and honestly couldn’t be happier! She was so lovely, friendly and funny, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived.
