Lyn is lovely… first time having a Japanese head spa with a lymphatic drainage massage, wow incredible relaxing experience (fell asleep), the oils etc that were used smelt great, hair dried naturally and so soft, shiny and silky. I also booked in for a foot massage…. Next time I’m going for the day… thank you to Paula T from our lovely Hedge End girls group for recommending. I’m sure Lyn will be inundated with even more of us now - Marianne xxxx

I had a sports massage with Erika and it was an excellent experience. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. She quickly identified the areas of tension and used the right amount of pressure throughout the treatment. After the session I felt much less tight, more relaxed, and had a noticeable improvement in my mobility. Erika also gave me helpful advice on stretching and recovery. I highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for a skilled sports massage therapist. I’ll definitely be booking another session!

I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and completely at ease. The treatment itself was outstanding. Beth was incredibly professional, with a clear understanding of the underlying issues rather than just treating the symptoms. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and I left feeling far better than when I arrived. The massage was equally exceptional—firm where it needed to be, incredibly relaxing, and exactly what my body needed. The venue felt very welcoming, and has a very calming atmosphere.

My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

The Japanese head spa and relaxing massage treatment was amazing! Lyn is both professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Lyn and her cottage are truly a hidden gem. The treatment itself was excellent, and the peaceful surroundings create a real oasis for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Having convenient roadside parking is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Lyn to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Rachel is absolutely lovely! She walked me through every step of the procedure, which really helped put me at ease. I gifted my mum a sports massage session with Erika, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience for her. Erika is incredibly professional and made my mum feel comfortable from the very beginning. Really amazing session. I'm a very anxious person and have some serious body image issues, but Mariana was able to help me relax and I was able to fully decompress and enjoy the experience. I only had an express massage as I visited on my lunch break, but that was the best decision I've made in a while. Will be doing it again, and certainly will book in a longer massage as soon as I get a chance.

I had the head spa plus swedish massage. I absolutely loved it! Jac was so friendly and kept checking in to make sure i'm okay throughout. The massage was very relaxing and so was the head spa. The products smell lovely and I feel more relaxed and refreshed after. The tea and cookie after was a nice touch. I hope to come back soon

Possibly the best massage I've ever had! Salon is spotless and very relaxing. Louise was very welcoming and she also explained the benefits for red light therapy, which I went for before the massage. Would highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be returning soon 😊
