Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

It was a lovely session—very calm and relaxing. Sylvia thought of every detail, from a little box for your jewellery to a warm, cosy massage bed and even a takeaway tea to enjoy afterwards. Be prepared to be massaged from top to toe, slowly and thoroughly 🙂 I couldn’t recommend it more.

Milena is absolutely amazing. I’ve had three lymphatic drainage massages with her, and each session has been exceptional. Her hands truly feel like magic, I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and lighter. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment, and I completely trust her care and expertise. The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I booked a 75 minute full body, face and scalp massage (via Groupon) and it was such a treat. The treatment room was cosy and relaxing, and felt completely comfortable throughout. The pressure was perfect, and particular attention was paid to the areas I'd requested beforehand. I found The Rainbow Studio by accident, but I will definitely be booking back in - I practically floated out!

Shannon explained the ultimate facial and aftercare for microneedling. She had a calming presence and made me feel very comfortable. I actually fell asleep during the facial massage I was that relaxed! Would definitely recommend the treatment and therapist.

I had such a great experience with this lymphatic drainage massage. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing, and Beth made me feel completely comfortable. The massage itself was incredibly gentle yet effective. Beth was knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. I noticed an immediate difference in how my body felt afterward, especially in my stomach and legs. It was both relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. I was bought a gift voucher by my son who rates her highly and goes regularly to her as he suffers with shoulder and back pain so thought it would do my issues good also which it did she is a miracle worker and a lovely friendly person .
