I have neck and shoulder massages with Elodie, she’s very knowledgeable and listens well to your needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elodie. I always leave the session feeling relaxed and all the tension released.

Lyn is lovely… first time having a Japanese head spa with a lymphatic drainage massage, wow incredible relaxing experience (fell asleep), the oils etc that were used smelt great, hair dried naturally and so soft, shiny and silky. I also booked in for a foot massage…. Next time I’m going for the day… thank you to Paula T from our lovely Hedge End girls group for recommending. I’m sure Lyn will be inundated with even more of us now - Marianne xxxx

Nothing can help me relax in the way that I do as when I visit Anna for a massage, and today was my absolute favourite treatment so far. I had the Summer Reset at 37 weeks pregnant. I have never felt so relaxed when having a massage. I feel much better and revived after a massage with Ola, he genuinely gives the best massages I have ever had! Your back deserves the TLC and I couldn't think of a better atmosphere to experience it in other than at Nordic Rituals. Time and money worth spending. The Japanese head spa and relaxing massage treatment was amazing! Lyn is both professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Lyn and her cottage are truly a hidden gem. The treatment itself was excellent, and the peaceful surroundings create a real oasis for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Having convenient roadside parking is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Lyn to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Possibly the best massage I've ever had! Salon is spotless and very relaxing. Louise was very welcoming and she also explained the benefits for red light therapy, which I went for before the massage. Would highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be returning soon 😊

My massage with Ola at Nordic Rituals Massage Studio was excellent. From the warm welcome and calming aroma to the thoughtful tea waiting for me afterwards, every detail was perfect. I had a massage focusing on my upper body, legs and feet, and I'd definitely recommend booking an hour if you can. Ola was great at adjusting the pressure to suit me, I asked for firm pressure to work out my tension and it really did the trick. I usually struggle to switch off, but I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep! The playlist was amazing too. I'll definitely be back and would 100% recommend. 😌
