I’ve had several reflexology treatments with Sylvia and every single one has been amazing. Today I had my very first Swedish massage — and it was absolutely incredible! Having had massages before with a well-known company, I can honestly say today’s was by far the best. It was so relaxing and soothing from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a truly calming and professional experience. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

A fantastic deep tissue massage - The pressure was spot-on and really helped release deep tension without feeling rushed. He was very friendly and I felt very comfortable and at ease with him.. The session treated the exact spots I needed pain relief in and I left feeling noticeably more relaxed and mobile—highly recommended.

I honestly can’t recommend Liv enough! From the moment you arrive, she makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. She’s so knowledgeable and genuinely takes the time to understand what you need, explaining everything clearly and tailoring the treatment to you. The lymphatic massage itself was amazing. I left feeling noticeably lighter, less puffy and just generally so much better. You can tell Liv really knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients. I had a sports massage with Erika and it was an excellent experience. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. She quickly identified the areas of tension and used the right amount of pressure throughout the treatment. After the session I felt much less tight, more relaxed, and had a noticeable improvement in my mobility. Erika also gave me helpful advice on stretching and recovery. I highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for a skilled sports massage therapist. I’ll definitely be booking another session!

I had a microneedling facial with Jade and the whole experience was lovely. She made me feel so welcome and relaxed from the start. The shoulder, neck and facial massage was amazing and really helped relieve my jaw tension. Jade checked I was comfortable throughout the microneedling and explained the aftercare clearly. Even the ice-cold bottle of water at the end was a lovely touch. My skin already feels firmer, plumper and has a beautiful natural glow. I highly recommend Jade!

Incredible experience. I’ve had two sessions so far, and Lea has really helped relieve my knots and tension from chronic pain. The environment is very relaxing, and she even followed up with instructions on exercises I can do at home to help relax the muscles. Very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend her!

It was a lovely session—very calm and relaxing. Sylvia thought of every detail, from a little box for your jewellery to a warm, cosy massage bed and even a takeaway tea to enjoy afterwards. Be prepared to be massaged from top to toe, slowly and thoroughly 🙂 I couldn’t recommend it more.
