Bun is amazing. I’ve had two long sports massages now at Moradok and thought they were the best I’ve had in Southampton. I need regular massages due to my job and a lot of stress in my life. Went to see Liv for a post op massage. She was excellent; extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly and welcoming. Explained everything she was doing and why. Immediate results on the swelling and I've left feeling refreshed and reinvigorated - HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🙌🏽.

It was a lovely session—very calm and relaxing. Sylvia thought of every detail, from a little box for your jewellery to a warm, cosy massage bed and even a takeaway tea to enjoy afterwards. Be prepared to be massaged from top to toe, slowly and thoroughly 🙂 I couldn’t recommend it more.

Erika is very professional and knowledgable at her massages . I was bought a gift voucher by my son who rates her highly and goes regularly to her as he suffers with shoulder and back pain so thought it would do my issues good also which it did she is a miracle worker and a lovely friendly person . Highly recommended .

I had my first lymphatic massage with Liv today and was a little anxious beforehand, but I really didn’t need to be. She made me feel comfortable right from the start and took the time to explain everything, which really put me at ease. I found the massage incredibly beneficial and would highly recommend her!

Mo is amazing as always. Her kind nature, gentle touch and comfy room make for a very relaxing treatment, so much so I always struggle to stay awake! Mo really takes the time to get to know you, and when I book in, it feels like I'm popping round to see a good friend (who then rubs my feet haha!). Highly recommended xxxx

Incredible experience. I’ve had two sessions so far, and Lea has really helped relieve my knots and tension from chronic pain. The environment is very relaxing, and she even followed up with instructions on exercises I can do at home to help relax the muscles. Very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend her!

This was my first time having Lymphatic drainage massage it was truly amazing I had my body and face done and will certainly be having this regularly from now on with Liv. Liv is so friendly and extremely talented and made me have a wonderful experience. Could not recommend her enough.

I had a sports massage with Erika and it was an excellent experience. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. She quickly identified the areas of tension and used the right amount of pressure throughout the treatment. After the session I felt much less tight, more relaxed, and had a noticeable improvement in my mobility. Erika also gave me helpful advice on stretching and recovery. I highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for a skilled sports massage therapist. I’ll definitely be booking another session!
