I have neck and shoulder massages with Elodie, she’s very knowledgeable and listens well to your needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elodie. I always leave the session feeling relaxed and all the tension released.

Lyn is lovely… first time having a Japanese head spa with a lymphatic drainage massage, wow incredible relaxing experience (fell asleep), the oils etc that were used smelt great, hair dried naturally and so soft, shiny and silky. I also booked in for a foot massage…. Next time I’m going for the day… thank you to Paula T from our lovely Hedge End girls group for recommending. I’m sure Lyn will be inundated with even more of us now - Marianne xxxx

I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and completely at ease. The treatment itself was outstanding. Beth was incredibly professional, with a clear understanding of the underlying issues rather than just treating the symptoms. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and I left feeling far better than when I arrived. The massage was equally exceptional—firm where it needed to be, incredibly relaxing, and exactly what my body needed. The venue felt very welcoming, and has a very calming atmosphere.

I have never felt so relaxed when having a massage. I feel much better and revived after a massage with Ola, he genuinely gives the best massages I have ever had! Your back deserves the TLC and I couldn't think of a better atmosphere to experience it in other than at Nordic Rituals. Time and money worth spending. The Japanese head spa and relaxing massage treatment was amazing! Lyn is both professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Lyn and her cottage are truly a hidden gem. The treatment itself was excellent, and the peaceful surroundings create a real oasis for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Having convenient roadside parking is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Lyn to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Rachel is absolutely lovely! She walked me through every step of the procedure, which really helped put me at ease. She reassured me about the pain and made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed. Plus, she has great music taste! Really amazing session. I'm a very anxious person and have some serious body image issues, but Mariana was able to help me relax and I was able to fully decompress and enjoy the experience. I only had an express massage as I visited on my lunch break, but that was the best decision I've made in a while. Will be doing it again, and certainly will book in a longer massage as soon as I get a chance.

I had the head spa plus swedish massage. I absolutely loved it! Jac was so friendly and kept checking in to make sure i'm okay throughout. The massage was very relaxing and so was the head spa. The products smell lovely and I feel more relaxed and refreshed after. The tea and cookie after was a nice touch. I hope to come back soon

Possibly the best massage I've ever had! Salon is spotless and very relaxing. Louise was very welcoming and she also explained the benefits for red light therapy, which I went for before the massage. Would highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be returning soon 😊

My massage with Ola at Nordic Rituals Massage Studio was excellent. From the warm welcome and calming aroma to the thoughtful tea waiting for me afterwards, every detail was perfect. I had a massage focusing on my upper body, legs and feet, and I'd definitely recommend booking an hour if you can. Ola was great at adjusting the pressure to suit me, I asked for firm pressure to work out my tension and it really did the trick. I usually struggle to switch off, but I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep! The playlist was amazing too. I'll definitely be back and would 100% recommend. 😌
