I had an excellent experience with my lymphatic drainage massage. Milena was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The massage was relaxing and effective, and I noticed a real difference afterwards. I would highly recommend her!

Lyn is lovely… first time having a Japanese head spa with a lymphatic drainage massage, wow incredible relaxing experience (fell asleep), the oils etc that were used smelt great, hair dried naturally and so soft, shiny and silky. I also booked in for a foot massage…. Next time I’m going for the day… thank you to Paula T from our lovely Hedge End girls group for recommending. I’m sure Lyn will be inundated with even more of us now - Marianne xxxx

I have been seeing Elodie for a few years now. I have a neck, shoulder and back massage. She is very experienced and the whole seesion is very relaxing, calming and peaceful. I would recommend Elodie 100%.

I had Masseter Botox done today to help with my teeth grinding and clenched jaw. I was admittedly a little nervous but Rachael instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was super friendly and really polite, which immediately put me at ease. After talking me through everything from what results I aimed for to the procedure and aftercare needed, she administered the botox quickly and very gently. I had a great experience and I’m looking forward to seeing results in a couple weeks. Thank you, Rachael! 🫶🏼 I look forward to coming back soon for my lips ☺️

I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and completely at ease. The treatment itself was outstanding. Beth was incredibly professional, with a clear understanding of the underlying issues rather than just treating the symptoms. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and I left feeling far better than when I arrived. The massage was equally exceptional—firm where it needed to be, incredibly relaxing, and exactly what my body needed. The venue felt very welcoming, and has a very calming atmosphere.

My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

I have never felt so relaxed when having a massage. I feel much better and revived after a massage with Ola, he genuinely gives the best massages I have ever had! Your back deserves the TLC and I couldn't think of a better atmosphere to experience it in other than at Nordic Rituals. Time and money worth spending. The Japanese head spa and relaxing massage treatment was amazing! Lyn is both professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Lyn and her cottage are truly a hidden gem. The treatment itself was excellent, and the peaceful surroundings create a real oasis for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Having convenient roadside parking is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Lyn to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I had the head spa plus swedish massage. I absolutely loved it! Jac was so friendly and kept checking in to make sure i'm okay throughout. The massage was very relaxing and so was the head spa. The products smell lovely and I feel more relaxed and refreshed after. The tea and cookie after was a nice touch. I hope to come back soon

Possibly the best massage I've ever had! Salon is spotless and very relaxing. Louise was very welcoming and she also explained the benefits for red light therapy, which I went for before the massage. Would highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be returning soon 😊
