Karen was fabulous! I felt very welcome as soon as I walked through the door and the massage was very relaxing but also firm enough to make a difference. I woke up the next day feeling much less tense than I usually do and I’m sure I will be back again!

Absolutely brilliant. Very last minute appointment. Was so relaxing and I was made to feel so welcome. I highly recommend and will deffo be back for different treatments. I had lymphatic drainage for the first time today. It was amazing so relaxing and left feeling lighter and less puffy. As usual Samantha was brilliant ensuring the whole experience was comfortable and tailored for me. I had an 1-hour massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive and took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. The pressure was perfect throughout the session, and they really focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. It was exactly what I needed!
