Jade's Head Spa was a real treat. Her venue is absolutely stunning, and as soon as you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed. From choosing the beautiful scents for your treatment to enjoying a matcha or herbal tea at the end, the whole experience is seamless and incredibly relaxing. Jade is a fantastic therapist with a lovely personality. She's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout. The treatment is deeply relaxing and well worth the money. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, and my hair smelled amazing! Thank you to the lovely Jade ❤️

Excellent service from start to finish. The location is convenient with easy parking, and Jamie made me feel welcome and completely relaxed from the moment I arrived. His confidence, experience, and knowledge are evident, and he was able to effectively address my tight muscles and aid my recovery after intense exercise. I would certainly recommend Jamie and will be booking again soon. Without doubt, this is the best massage I’ve experienced in the Gosport/Fareham area, and I’ve tried several others over the years. 5 star service for sure.

Nothing can help me relax in the way that I do as when I visit Anna for a massage, and today was my absolute favourite treatment so far. I had the Summer Reset at 37 weeks pregnant. A superior head spa in such a beautiful setting. Jade has created a calm and welcoming haven that allows you to feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment was exceptional and incredible relaxing – everything I needed it to be. With some previous experience of heads-as, this is by far the best I have had. Jade's knowledge and experience is evident, both in her understanding of how to formulate the treatment to your hair, and the high-quality massage you receive. I cannot recommend Jade enough – I will not be going anywhere else for my head spas.

I can’t believe how much difference one session with Jamie made after years of living with pain. His knowledge and techniques were incredible, and the strengthening advice he gave alongside the sports massage was so helpful. He made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout, while always being professional and respectful. Any future sports massage bookings will definitely be with Jamie. Highly recommend!

First time sports massage newbie, Jamie was very professional throughout the entire process of welcome, explanation of what to expect, sports massage itself, and aftercare/self help recommendations. The sports massage was very thorough and relaxing, and I left the session feeling a lot less tense than I had realised I actually was. Would certainly recommend Jamie, and will be returning again.
