My 9 & 11 year old boys are very shy and not the fondest of haircuts. We tried Gould barbers in Norwich today and they both had a fantastic cut that was over quickly and comfortably. We will be returning, thanks!

James gave me a fantastic haircut and beard trim. When I have not been to a particular barber before, I try to keep my expectations low. However I was delighted with James’ work and he was a pleasant chap to talk to. I will definitely be back.

My barber Eddie was two minutes late , which one of his colleagues had an issue with, also someone had sellotaped his scissors together, he was clearly upset but it didn’t affect the top quality haircut, in my opinion , what was done to his scissors was a type of bullying

Honestly, this has been the best barber experience I’ve had. I can’t speak highly enough of Tom. I’ve always found barbers difficult because even when you explain what you want or bring photos the cut always seems different like the way they want to do it. What made me want to try Tom was hearing him cut someone else’s hair and noticing how honest and customer-focused he was, genuinely trying to get things exactly right and explaining why.

First time here. Great haircut. I normally just go to a Turkish for a quick cut but I will be coming here from now on.. a lot more care taken. I didn’t catch my barbers name but he was super nice.

It's handy having the barbers in Tesco, I can do my shopping and then get my hair cut. One thing is guaranteed-you always get a good haircut and the staff are friendly.

Having had a bit of a bad experience with another barbers I found Jake at Goulds really professional and generally a nice guy. Great haircut and planning on coming back.
