The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

I had my first session with Lanna today, and it was the best massage I have had in years. She was very thorough and professional. She did an excellent job and I left feeling like a new woman. I had a back massage with Faye and it was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed. I’ve just had my second massage with Lee and it was absolutely fantastic! The amount of pressure was perfect – firm yet relaxing – and really worked out all the tension. The environment in the centre of the city is calm and welcoming, making it easy to switch off from the hustle and bustle outside. Lee was respectful throughout, creating a professional and comfortable experience. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated – #trulyblissful. Highly recommend!

Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

I went for hydrafacial with dermaplane. Rasa was very professional throughout, and explained everything that she was doing, but at the same time was also very warm and chatty 😊 The whole experience was lovely and relaxing, and even included a scalp massage which was a very welcome unexpected extra. My skin is absolutely glowing and feels amazing! Her home salon is very lovely and clean. She checked to make sure I was warm enough and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and can't wait for my next treatment

Such a brilliant massage today as usual! The pressure was perfect, and Tracey listens to creates the perfect massage which for me means working on problem areas but also giving me proper time to relax. After a block of weekly sessions for a niggling shoulder injury it is still doing amazingly well 8 weeks on, and it was lovely to see the difference again today. I feel great and have already booked my next treat in 4 weeks! 💆‍♀️✨

This was amazing! I love ASMR to relax and fall asleep, and I’ve been hoping for somewhere nearby like this. Georgia was lovely, and the massage was incredible — I even had to wake myself up before driving! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it relaxing, from the gentle hair play and back tickling to the flow of the session. The room was calming, and the heated blanket was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Diana every 4-6 weeks for a year now and I can honestly say, it's become the highlight of my month! This is not just any face massage, it's a total experience, and an amazing experience at that. My face looks and feels so different after my session - more open, lifted and relaxed - and my skin feels so much smoother and hydrated and has a glow that lasts for days afterwards.
