I’ve just had my second massage with Lee and it was absolutely fantastic! The amount of pressure was perfect – firm yet relaxing – and really worked out all the tension. The environment in the centre of the city is calm and welcoming, making it easy to switch off from the hustle and bustle outside. Lee was respectful throughout, creating a professional and comfortable experience. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated – #trulyblissful. Highly recommend!

Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. It was such an enjoyable experience and I’m so happy I came across Balance & Me. Thank you!

This was amazing! I love ASMR to relax and fall asleep, and I’ve been hoping for somewhere nearby like this. Georgia was lovely, and the massage was incredible — I even had to wake myself up before driving! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it relaxing, from the gentle hair play and back tickling to the flow of the session. The room was calming, and the heated blanket was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my facial with Meisha today 🥰 It was my first time having the EMS sculpt facial and it was perfect! I’d never experienced feeling my facial muscles wake up before so it was very interesting, The massage was also very relaxing and released so much tension 🙌🏾 Meisha also included a brow wax and tint into the treatment which the process of the tint, wax and shape was explained to me and check ins throughout the treatment was included. I highly appreciated this because I explained my worries around waxing beforehand. I feel fresh and rejuvenated! Thank you!

I had my first session with Lanna today, and it was the best massage I have had in years. She was very thorough and professional. She did an excellent job and I left feeling like a new woman. I went for hydrafacial with dermaplane. Rasa was very professional throughout, and explained everything that she was doing, but at the same time was also very warm and chatty 😊 The whole experience was lovely and relaxing, and even included a scalp massage which was a very welcome unexpected extra. My skin is absolutely glowing and feels amazing! Her home salon is very lovely and clean. She checked to make sure I was warm enough and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and can't wait for my next treatment

I have been going to Diana every 4-6 weeks for a year now and I can honestly say, it's become the highlight of my month! This is not just any face massage, it's a total experience, and an amazing experience at that. My face looks and feels so different after my session - more open, lifted and relaxed - and my skin feels so much smoother and hydrated and has a glow that lasts for days afterwards. Diana is absolutely amazing - warm, open, honest and so generous about sharing tips and techniques on how to maintain the effects of the massage at home afterwards.
