I’ve just had my second massage with Lee and it was absolutely fantastic! The amount of pressure was perfect – firm yet relaxing – and really worked out all the tension. The environment in the centre of the city is calm and welcoming, making it easy to switch off from the hustle and bustle outside. Lee was respectful throughout, creating a professional and comfortable experience. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated – #trulyblissful. Highly recommend!

I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. "I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. Loved it! Highly recommended. After moving from Australia to the UK I have really struggled with health, the HBOT instantly made me feel better and felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Will definitely be coming back, I have a little claustrophobia so I raised my concern around it going into HBOT but I was checked on throughout my session to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you

Absolutely loved my facial with Meisha today 🥰 It was my first time having the EMS sculpt facial and it was perfect! I’d never experienced feeling my facial muscles wake up before so it was very interesting, The massage was also very relaxing and released so much tension 🙌🏾 Meisha also included a brow wax and tint into the treatment which the process of the tint, wax and shape was explained to me and check ins throughout the treatment was included. I highly appreciated this because I explained my worries around waxing beforehand. I feel fresh and rejuvenated! Thank you!

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

I was expecting a simple cleanse but I was wrong it was amazing facial treatment with massage that renovates your energy, the calm music was so evolving that takes you to many places you wish mentally it's so relaxing. I definitely recommend and I will be back soon 🥰👌🏾👌🏾💯💯💯

Had my wax with Maria today and honestly I am so impressed! I’ve had plenty of waxes over the years but this time was my first with Maria and from start finish she was welcoming, made me feel relaxed and explained her technique in so much details beforehand. I have been going to Diana every 4-6 weeks for a year now and I can honestly say, it's become the highlight of my month! This is not just any face massage, it's a total experience, and an amazing experience at that. My face looks and feels so different after my session - more open, lifted and relaxed - and my skin feels so much smoother and hydrated and has a glow that lasts for days afterwards. The best massage I’ve ever had! Thaiya was so lovely and welcoming, the studio is beautiful and so calming. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Incredibly relaxing experience. The constant flow of lomi lomi strokes really keeps me engaged and aware. It's almost meditative. Can't recommend Lee enough. I've had two massages so far, and hopefully many more.
