Great experience with Amy! She was friendly and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The massage was excellent and really helped relieve the muscle tension I’ve had from playing Netball. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I have known Nastrant for 15 years now and wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is truly talented in her work, her attention to detail and her care shows in her work. She always provides exceptional work one of the best beauticians out there. All of her products that she uses for massages, facials, waxing and so on are exceptional products and she will always be honest with you what is suitable for your skin. She is up to date with continuous training to provide her clients with the best service possible. She is truly has magic hands. Amazing work as always

Today I have had a lovely back and shoulder massage, some reiki and red light treatment. I really recommended all of it. I came out feeling relaxed yet refreshed. Amy is fantastic, she is so calming and gentle. Thank you very much Amy. I will definitely book in again with you soon.

This was my first sports massage with James and it was incredible! Although the initial concern was lower back tension and discomfort, the therapist took a thorough full body approach which helped address additional areas of tightness and imbalance I hadn’t fully noticed myself. I would highly recommend James services.

What a difference a massage can make! Ive been struggling to sleep due to pain in my neck and shoulders, but since my massage last week I’ve slept so well. Jayne always knows exactly the points to work on and does an amazing job at reducing my tightness/knots. I’ve had massages at other places in the past but they are never personalised to what you need. I’ll be making this a regular, thank you Jayne 😊

Fantastic! I’ve been looking for somebody who will crack on from start to finish with a sports massage and James does that. Such a good environment, he’s incredibly welcoming and puts you at ease. Chloe, gave me a much needed deep muscle tissue massage in the week before my half ironman. It helped me achieve a fantastic time! Then the day after the race i had a hot stones massage to aid recovery, which definitely worked. I continue to highly recommend Chloe.
