I had the pleasure of receiving a sports massage from Nicola today. We focused on particular areas that needed attention due to an injury. Amazing experience from start to finish. From the setting to being able to pick my own oil. The massage was so relaxing (I actually switched off) but also had the right physio where needed. Would definitely recommend. I received this as a gift which was very thoughtful, so a nice idea to get a gift card.

I tried something a bit different this time, Acupuncture! I'm not a fan of needles but I really wanted to give this a go. Most of them I could not feel going in. I did feel the occasional one that was going into a knot but it just felt like a little pinprick. Nothing to worry about. The result was amazing. I had the massage afterwards and I actually fell asleep. I have never felt that relaxed before to the point of sleeping. Sorry if I snored Emma!

Nicola is so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable in her company for your massage you manage to fully relax and enjoy , I’ve been twice and already seeing the benefits on my back and hips ! Highly recommend

One of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Beautiful space that makes you feel relaxed and Emma really does put you at ease. This wasn't just about my posture issues, it really was a reset for my nervous system. The best night sleep I've had in weeks. I would highly recommend.
