The best massage experience I’ve had in Melbourne. From the front desk to the treatment room, everything is smooth, clean, and calming. I had a remedial massage for shoulder pain, and the therapist was spot on with technique and pressure. Bonus: I could claim with my health fund using HICAPS on the spot!

Very good massage. Massage therapist was very skilled and able to stretch and release the tension and tightness I was feeling in my back and legs. Feel amazing afterwards!!

Toni was my beauty therapist and was so gentle with my skin. She made sure that I was always feeling fine. She took her time during my SQT bio micro needling session and informed me on what she was doing during each step. First time visiting Paradai, great massage. I liked that the lady doing the massage seemed to adjust the pressure she used accordingly depending on the area of the body and the muscle tension, but never felt that it was too much or too little. Will come back again! Thanks

I felt like a whole different person coming out of this appointment. I had the relaxing hairspa for the first time after seeing all those videos of it online and asking for it for Christmas. I decided to also add on the massage and wow am I glad I did! It was probably the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. It started off with a deep dry massage and then progressed into a relaxing oil massage. Easy booking system. Good availability. The massage was great. I certainly won’t say it was relaxing at all, but Pui did a remedial massage that at times was quite painful. But I expected that and the number of lumps and bumps she kept going over in my shoulders was astounding. She worked in them well and was grateful that this place is an above board massage clinic!!!!
