It was my first time visiting The Lash and Brow Gallery Malvern and I had such a great experience. I had my lashes tinted and my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Oscar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, and Oscar was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made me feel comfortable straight away and took great care throughout the appointment. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The girls at Peony Beauty Melbourne, and Natasha the owner, are the friendliest and kindest, and having a treatment there is pure joy. My rather sparse eyebrows have been transformed into the most beautiful natural-looking brows. Natasha is so gentle when she waxes and sculpts. I have delicate, sensitive skin and have never once left red or irritated. Their nail treatments and pedicures are heavenly: non-toxic, gentle on the nails, and carried out with exceptional attention to detail. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful inside.

Such an amazing experience! I had a botched job at another salon and called this brow bar 30 mins before for an emergency apt. I came to Shellz to fix my bad brow lamination. She was so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I walked in looking like my brows had been electrocuted and 15 mins later, I left feeling like a queen ! 15/10 would recommend!
