Very good massage. Massage therapist was very skilled and able to stretch and release the tension and tightness I was feeling in my back and legs. Feel amazing afterwards!!

I had the RF lifting treatment here. The therapist was professional and gentle. I know collagen regeneration takes time, but my skin already feels tighter and smoother. Very happy with the service and looking forward to the final results!

Sammy has so much knowledge in her field and her consults are incredibly informative and educational. First time visiting Paradai, great massage. I liked that the lady doing the massage seemed to adjust the pressure she used accordingly depending on the area of the body and the muscle tension, but never felt that it was too much or too little. Will come back again! Thanks

I had an incredible experience at BM Aesthetics in Richmond for the Cryolipolysis Fat Freezing - Four Areas/Applicators treatment. The venue itself is presented nicely, creating a calm and relaxing ambiance. Brooklyn was outstanding – professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the procedure. I’ve done the treatment twice and noticed differences in my appearance and measurements! I didn’t experience discomfort during and post the procedure. I was able to go for a run the next day.
