Just had my fourth non-surgical facial with Fran, and every session has been such a great experience. Fran always makes me feel really at ease, takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, and is so kind and attentive—making sure I’m comfortable throughout. My skin felt amazing afterwards— less puffy, smoother, brighter, and my pores looked instantly reduced. The full results will take up to six weeks, but I’m already chuffed to see a noticeable difference. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time to do everything properly. Highly recommend!!

I've just come out of the best facial massage EVER! I was mortified that I'd missed my train and was late, but Polly made me feel like I was right on time, that there was no issue, and made it all wash away. I struggle with TMJ clicking, pain and jaw tension - and so this intuitive mix of shoulder, neck, face and intra-oral massage was completely perfect. It was as if Polly could speak to my tension - she tracked it without having to ask any questions, moved calmly with my body and helped so much tension melt with a gentle touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend a treatment with Polly!

Caroline was warm and attentive, explaining each step of the treatment, it’s benefits and checking I was comfortable. My skin feels amazing: soft and smooth and it looks so much fresher and fine lines are reduced especially around the eyes. Would 100% recommend the Million Dollar Facial and No59 Skin and Beauty. From start to finish, everything about my facial with Polly was just what I needed. The treatment itself was pure bliss, as were the products, the heated cosy bed and the music. Polly is really knowledgeable and I appreciated her tips about how to tweak my own skincare routine to better suit my skin’s needs, without needing to invest in any expensive new products. I had a luxury facial today for the 1st time and it was absolutely Amazing! The massage was incredible and Lydia was so knowledgeable & calming. After that I had my lashes done and was so relaxed that I fell asleep. I absolutely LOVE coming to Lydia, having brows done soon too and can't wait! Very clean and clinical environment with stunning interior, Fran was absolutely amazing and very thorough with her explanation and helpful on the correct facial treatment for my skin type. During the process Fran made me feel very comfortable and secure and I am very pleased with the results from my facial. I will definitely be recommending and returning in the near future and I look forward to experiencing more treatments.
