I had the most wonderful experience with Alina, she is truly a professional, honest, and caring practitioner. From the moment I arrived she instantly put me at ease. Had my PRP and exosome treatment with Yasmina today and I’m really happy with how it went. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable straight away, she explained what she was doing as we went along and was really gentle with the treatment. The whole appointment was relaxed and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Yasmin was easy to talk to and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. Really happy with the experience and I’d definitely recommend her.

I absolutely loved my hydro facial today! It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep for a little while. When I looked in the mirror afterwards, I couldn’t believe how fresh and glowy my skin looked. My face honestly looked even better than when I arrived wearing makeup! The whole atmosphere was so calming, and it was such a lovely way to end the working week and finally take a bit of time for myself. I’ll definitely be back. We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.

Tatyana is a highly professional and incredibly thorough from start to finish. She truly knows exactly what your skin needs. I went for a facial, and she tailored the entire treatment perfectly. This was one of my first experiences regarding PRP which I choose to have my hair and neck procedure done. It was all very well organised by a team, Vera, Sonia, Jenny, Emily & another member who's name I did not acquire. Sorry my apologies! All in all it takes at least 2 weeks for a review of the treatment, which I yet to have, but in the meantime I have had follow up from Jenny the Beauty Therapist regarding my health following the treatment, which was very reassuring & extremely helpful.

Andrea always makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable and she has literally become more than just my beauty therapist she has literally became my friend. Hiba was very thorough, really got into my skin and explained the process for me before and as she was doing it. My skin feels so much better even after just one session. I was serviced today by Rochelle, I had a hydro facial and Dermaplane facial. First let’s talk about the decor- very comfortable, setup was beautiful, clean, absolutely lovely. Rochelle was really gentle with me and explained everything she was doing step by step. She even shared with me the products that she used on me. Rochelle was very accommodating and ensured I was comfortable. I was really pleased with the results from my facial. My face was really glowy and looked fresh. Very pleased, would definitely recommend. 10/10
