I have been going to Jenna for around 13 years and she is just amazing. I suffered with really bad acne and acne scarring, over the years Jen has worked hard on my skin and I feel so much more confident. I have never felt judged for it either and I always feel welcome in her home. 🩷

I can highly recommend Jenna , she creatures a nurturing relaxing environments , I have had a wholistic range of treatments I can highly recommend the lashes and scalp massage . The Salon is so beautiful - the massage rooms are really cosy and warm and perfect to relax in - I always get Chloe to do my brows lashes and nails. I tried micro-needling recently which was great also! Highly recommend!

I booked my appointment on line no waiting around I was welcomed by Charlotte and all the team in the salon such a warm and welcoming salon you walk in and feel comfortable decor is gorgeous, beautiful nails as usual. Firstly the salon was extremely comfortable, calm and welcoming, Chloe and Lou are undoubtedly very professional and hold themselves to a very high standard. They was very knowledgable given both of their fields and trades and I will most certainly be booking in again and most definitely will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Another fabulous visit to Serene. Louise always looks after you and makes sure I’m comfortable. She checks at every stage to make sure I’m happy with the colour and cut and will happily tweak things to make sure it’s what I want. Always happy with the results
