Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. It was my first time going here for my treatment, and I am so happy! Chloe was so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable! Really amazing treatment. I had Ibitissam looking after me and she made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time going for a wax so I was super nervous but she really took it at my pace and was patient with me! Definitely a repeat customer now.
