Carly is awesome at everything she does. Her facial and massage ability is second to none. I love a good massage and hand on heart she gave me the best massage I'd ever had. Now let's get on to waxing. I go to Carly for full leg, Hollywood, underarm and my face. Carly makes you feel so comfortable when it comes to intimate waxing and she does it quickly with minimal pain. What I will say with waxing is, stay on top of it and it hurts less and less each time. I had such a lovely experience with Ruby and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a kind and caring person and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her clients to feel looked after. Before starting my facial, Ruby took the time to talk to me and ask me about my skin and what areas I was most concerned about, which I really appreciated because it made the whole treatment feel so personal and tailored to me. Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. Always feel amazing visiting this place. The ladies are lovely and so welcoming. The salon is finished to a high standard and feels luxurious. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pamper. I’ve enjoyed gel nails, classic lashes, eyebrows wax & tint and a dermaplaning facial so far x

Really amazing treatment. I had Ibitissam looking after me and she made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time going for a wax so I was super nervous but she really took it at my pace and was patient with me! Definitely a repeat customer now.
