Great service as always! Misha did my pedicure, really pleased with the nails, neat and fresh. She also repaired one of my nails from my manicure a few weeks ago that had chipped, she did this for free and I didn’t even ask!

Had the most gorgeous time here! Had a BIAB manicure and luxury pedicure done by the lovely lady with the blue hair. So friendly, and took the care to ask me what my priorities and preferences were for my nails. Highlight was the luxury pedicure - loved the colourful petals in the water, and it was such a perk to be able to watch RHODUBAI on a massive screen right in front (while eating a complementary cupcake!). I sometimes struggle with what to do with myself during a pedicure, but this made me feel really comfortable. Wonderful massage with my pedicure too.

Absolutely stunning results. I had put my hair through home bleach and pink/purple semi permanent dye sessions. On top of that I am having some grey hairs. So it was a challenge to correct. Balayage and root shadow was just brilliant.

Oliver did such an amazing job cutting my hair! I went for a new style and he was so lovely checking in on how I felt about it and making sure I was happy with everyone. His attention to detail is brilliant and styled it exactly how I wanted it. Wouldn’t go to anyone else for my haircut!!

Lauren did an excellent job in covering my brassy balayage. She perfectly matched my OG hair colour and I feel happy and confident with my hair again. I also had a trim, which looks super nice with a bit of layers to define my natural waves. 100% recommend Lauren.
