My facial with Erica was so relaxing. My skin was glowing afterwards! Erica is so knowledgable about the treatment and went through every step with me telling me all about what each product and step did. This was my first visit to Ella and I was so impressed. She’s really knowledgeable and professional, but also made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. She spotted what my skin needed after my facial and suggested some products to use afterwards. I had a fabulous Detox and Glow treatment with Erica today. This includes an amazing lymphatic massage which was very much needed after a long flight. Also included is a facial which left my skin glowing...afterwards I felt extremely relaxed. I went home and had a snooze. It was the best sleep I've had in a few weeks. Erica is such a lovely person. She is kind, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for lots of different treatments, just lovely.

I’ve had 2 treatments so far with Becky and I have to say she is very knowledgeable in what she does and really gentle when applying the peel. I’ve been to a few places for treatments now and this is by far the best. Definitely recommend.

Paige really took on board the style I was asking her to cut. I’ve usually found that the stylist does her own thing rather than what the customer is asking for, but Paige did exactly as I asked and I am thrilled with my new look. I like the way she has cut my side fringe as it looks modern and gives me a more youthfulappearance than I had before.
