Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Jake did amazingly meticulous job with my highlights, helped to choose the colour of my dreams and provided a killer bob haircut. Long time since I have been this satisfied with a hairdresser experience and result. Will come back for sure.

I've been in today for a hair colouring, wash & blow-dry and I'm very satisfied with the result. I didn't expect any surprises on the colour as that is pretty standard :) but Vencel was very diligent with everything so my hair is now coloured uniformly and it looks very good from the blow-drying as well. He's also been a very good chat companion so all in all, great experience today, just like the previous ones :) I'm starting to get accustomed to only great experiences over at your salon :) Thanks again and Have a lovely rest of the week, Monica

I had Jake to colour and cut my hair. He was really friendly and chatty. I was really impressed with his knowledge on all things to do with hair. He put me at my ease and I was truly pampered, especially with the massage chair while having my hair washed. Great experience and I would definitely recommend Jake to do your hair.

Jake is just absolutely brilliant ! I came to him from having black box dye which i lifted myself (arrived to him orange!) and he worked his magic and i love my hair, i really can not recommend him enough :)

I had an amazing experience at cut and colours! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff (Jake) were professional, friendly, and really attentive to what I wanted. My stylist Jake took the time to understand my preferences and gave me a hair colour treatment that turned out even better than I imagined. The products they used felt high quality, and I loved how they explained tips for maintaining my hair at home. This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a brilliant experience every time. Emma did a full colour on my hair and it's lovely. A beautiful cut as well. Had a lovely conversation whilst getting my hair done. The prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than a saloon. Will always be my hairdresser.
