I had a sports massage after an intense trail run. I find Widaad to be a skillful masseuse who uses various techniques to achieve the desired results. She did dry cupping to help with my circulation, lymph drainage and to release my fascia. I also find her very knowledgeable when it comes to supplementation. Highly recommend her !

What an amazing experience and the friendliest smile and patience from my consultant. I was skeptical at first but I am so happy to have gone through the process. The hot suit under the sauna blanket was tough but I hung in there to reap the rewards by losing a total of 27cm in 5 1hr sessions. Thank you MISA Claremont.
