Great massage! I changed my mind about the type of massage I'd originally booked but Gabby was totally lovely about it. I usually struggle to get up from the massage bed afterwards with a stiff back but not this time! The bed was so comfortable and warm and the room setting was perfect. Very relaxing. I feel like a new woman 🥰. Thank you Gabby, I'll be back 💆‍♀️

I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

I had a hot stone back massage with a scalp massage and foot massage too, it was all really relaxing and I floated home afterwards :-D

I cannot recommend Katie enough. I love going to KTS Beauty. I come away from my appointments feeling either refreshed and calm from a massage or in the case of last night beautiful flip flop ready toes. Katie is very professional but she is also a genuinely kind, caring person. What’s not to like. xx

Florence was absolutely fantastic! I had a next level pedicure, and she was genuinely lovely and chatty, a brilliant little salon which I’ll only be too pleased to visit and recommend to all my Norwich girlfriends.
