Kitty was so kind and professional. The manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and ear waxing that she did were all very well done and I enjoyed the services. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely visit the salon again for services next time I'm in London.

I’ve never received more compliments, and they always looked so natural, flattering, and perfectly customized to my features. She’s incredibly professional as well as warm and friendly, and she made every appointment such a lovely experience. She was my first lash tech in London and I never went to anyone else because I never needed to. I’ve just moved to Dubai and I’m so sad to be leaving her. At the end of it, I didn’t just find a lash tech, found a friend. Truly wonderful and so talented.

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!
