Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Took my little boy for his second haircut at Cool Cuts and honestly it was such a lovely experience despite him hating haircuts 😅 He cried pretty much the whole time, but Chrissy was absolutely amazing. Linda is a perfectionist. She pays an incredible amount to detail, ensuring you leave the salon with perfect eyebrows. I was a little nervous at first, but Linda put me at ease. I had expressed that I wanted full but natural looking eyebrows. On my first session, I left the salon feeling my eyebrows were a little too dark, but after a couple of days they began to settle down and look really natural. The summer has past and l haven't had to do anything to my eyebrows. They are full and natural, as I had requested and really frame the face, even without make-up. I can highly recommend Linda!

Thank you very much for my son’s first haircut - he cried and was generally being a bit awkward but Rawia was both very kind and very efficient at getting it done, and didn’t make us feel like it was a big deal. It looks fab, got a cute certificate and a lock of his hair. Definitely recommend Cool Cuts, it’s a dedicated children’s salon which is the way to go for us. Will be back!
