Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Her technique is always flawless,she listens carefully and delivers exactly what I want every time. On top of that, she has a lovely personality that makes every appointment enjoyable. I had such a lovely experience! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and paid so much attention to detail throughout the appointment. My lash lift turned out absolutely amazing,my lashes look beautifully lifted, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. Amazing experience and such a lovely lady! Honestly, I have done lash lifts and tints four times now but have never come across someone who does it perfectly, with so much care. Anna uses the full appointment time and does not rush the job or leave out any detail. Her technique and her love for what she does guarantees that she will always exceed your expectations. Georgina was great, very responsive and informative. We went through a whatsapp consultation with pictures, and she made sure I was getting exactly the results I wanted. The Korean lash lift is definitely much more pleasant than a LVL since the products used are much less harsh and kinder to your skin.

Tatiana did an incredible job at my lashes! She was very accommodating when I requested a patch test. During the lift and tint, I could feel the care and attention to detail, and she was so gentle that I actually fell asleep! Would recommend her to anyone

The best lash tech 🥺❤️ So patient if I need a break - will give me a minute to sit up if I need to. Never moans and always makes sure I’m okay. Lashes still come out perfect every time!!
