Found Swansea Health Solutions on the internet following recommendation from the consultant to find a good sports injury clinic. Since the first appt Gareth has been great and since during our follow up appt’s. My teenage son is receiving treatment for an ongoing knee injury. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love my lip filler it’s so natural . I’m a bit of a wimp but didn’t find the treatment painful just slightly uncomfortable as you would expect. Highly professional and made me feel so welcome and comfortable lovely clean centre. Would 100% recommend and will def be back

Fab!! Had SPMU - Lip Blush, 1st treatment. Was a little uncomfortable at times when numbing cream was wearing off, but Jade checked with me throughout to make sure I was okay, and regularly topped the numbing up for me. Comprehensive after-care instructions given, together with care pack. Really, really pleased with results, looks amazing!!! Lips felt a bit bruised when Jade was finishing up with cleanser, balm etc. but by the time I got home and did my first after-care they didn't feel too bad at all, just a tiny bit prickly but not sore at all. Really chuffed and definitely recommend!!

I’ve had a fair few Botox appointments at the Gower Aesthetics but I have been wanting my lips done for a while….I could possibly be one of Treys most nervous patients…. But she handled me like a pro! Patient, kind, painless as possible and reassuring the whole time. There is a reason I drove a 7 hour round trip to get my lips done only trusting Trey for the job 🫶🏽
