Charlotte is fantastic at what she does, her attention to detail when applying hair extensions is incredible and the results are amazing. Amelia was very professional and friendly too. She asked about my preferences and offered helpful advice. I am pleased with my French tips. Might be helpful to have a Notice signposting where to go for the appointment as no one appeared at the reception area where I waited.
