Proprietor Shane, has a deep, structural knowledge of mens' hair; and colouring. He is a virtuoso. In his great energy, I did have to ask him to be careful of not combing with the sharp points of the comb on /close to my fairly large ears. Once, he dropped the comb on the floor, but continued to use the comb without washing it. Always a good cut from Shane and other members of staff.

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Absolutely sensational, I had the best experience. Going into the salon with no idea how it would turn out with no extensions in and some fried hair. I came out with the most gorgeous hair and I’ll definitely be returning! Charlotte and Stacey are amazing at what they do!

Charlotte is an absolute angel 🩷 The supplier originally sent out the wrong colour hair and Charlotte was super apologetic, even though it was not her fault - She immediately offered to reorder the hair and came in to the salon on her day off to fit it for me. She's done such a fantastic job and I am so in love with my new extensions! I totally recommend TDH to anyone looking for amazing hair and an excellent service!

Had my hair colour done by Victoria I am over the moon with the results she has managed to lift my hair perfectly to an icy blonde tone. I couldn’t recommend her enough I will now be coming to her on the regular found my forever hair dresser and had the best customer service at the doll house. I also get my hair extensions fitted by Charlotte who is amazing at fitting them giving my hair the best blend possible! Both girls so lovely and welcoming.
