Lovely experience! ❤️ I had my first facial with Ana and that was definitely a great experience. Apart from having my face pampered I also got a nice massage of my hands which made me feel in heaven. She was really welcoming and professional, answered my questions and also sent me a DM the next day to see how does my face skin feel and to make sure everything is all right. Much appreciated! Once again Della exceeds all my expectations. Such a lovely person. I had a leg wax somewhere else and they didn't do my feet so whilst in for another treatment Della's not happy about it and waxes them for me. Love her.

Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair

This was the best wax I’ve ever had. I’m 6 months pregnant and Alice made me feel so at ease and comfortable and made me feel all sorted and put back together again. I also opted for the vajacial which was something I’ve never heard of and it was amazing and such a calm and relaxing treatment! Not only did I book in for this I also left feeling 100x lighter and less emotional as it was also therapy. Thank you so much xx

If you’ve never had a bacial (facial for your back), you need to try one! Such a relaxing, but beneficial treatment. It’s basically a massage and beauty treatment combined. Would highly recommend.
