I have never experienced such a professional and passionate worker. She really cared and I am so happy with my wax. I had a Hollywod and full legs and I will come back every time. In 18 years in Plymouth no one other before made me leave happy, pain free and satisfied with the final result. No patches! The lady will grab the tweezers and pluck out anything that is left, she is so easy to talk to and not one moment of embarrassment! And is not expansive at all!

I cannot recommend Emma enough!! She is the loviest person and made me feel at ease straight away! I have just left after having a 2 hour pamper session (massage and facial) and feel like a new person!!! I booked in last minute and she was able to accommodate me, asked and listened to my needs! I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)
