She is incredibly professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable, even with treatments that can feel a little awkward. She’s always precise and thorough, and the results are fantastic. Juliana’s treatment room is spotless and cosy, with lots of little extras — from still and sparkling water to even a Nespresso machine! It really makes the whole experience feel special. Nisha was very kind and respectful. However, my appointment was scheduled for an hour, but the entire session took about 45 minutes. I waited a long time for the numbing cream to take effect and the microneedling treatment seemed really short. I expected the treatment itself to take longer, especially since it was for my entire face. I felt like the device didn't move around my face enough, which made me wonder if the treatment was done enough. I paid for the full 6 sessions at once, so I was a little disappointed and would appreciate a little more explanation. Regards, S.D

Amazingly fine. Alex's microblading (& personal rapport!) skills far exceeded my first microblading experience. My brows are fab; all my girlfriends agree after comparing my 'before' closeup photos with Alex's genius 'after' work. After redefining my brows, with a different technique Alex removed my small facial thread veins.
