Very friendly staff in a well appointed clean salon on Hanham High Street. Lovely relaxing 1 hour massage with ambient music and aromatherapy tea lights. The masseuse covers your hair so as not to get oil in it and washes her hands before the head massage. She cleaned the oil off my feet at the end with hot flannels. Personally I need a more medical massage for a lower back problem but this certainly relieved aches and tension especially in the neck and shoulders.

Kirsty was amazing! I had a half leg wax. I was really nervous before as I’ve had a bad experience with waxing in the past but she put me at ease and went at my pace. Always checking in with me if I was okay. it was definitely less painful than waxing!I will be booking back in! Really happy with the results.

Got eyebrow reshape under arm wax and ears pieced. Love it and kay was chatty, didnt hurt and felt relaxed. Will be coming again. Going to book a foot massage and underarm wax.

Emma was very welcoming. Can't say I enjoy a bikini wax but Emma is by far the best waxer I've been to. I will be back to try a more relaxing treatment next time. I would highly recommend. I also loved that she uses natural product's.

I’ve been going to Kirsty for regular wax treatments over the years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is incredibly professional, so friendly, and always makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her attention to detail is amazing and the whole experience is always relaxed and welcoming. Amazing! I’ve had a pain on my shoulder since October 25! I had no idea what it was and the doctor said try ibuprofen and it should go but never has. When I arrived and the massage started she lifted my arm and i said sorry my arm won’t lift. She said she will fix it and omg immediate results. When i left I coil lift my arm but still felt a strain so she recommend another session within a few days and i’ve just been tonight and my arm dosent hurt since leaving and I can lift my arm above my head. Tiki is amazing she should be on the doctor referral list. Amazing !!

I had a fabulous microdermabrasion facial, which included a much needed head, neck and shoulder massage. The arm and hand massage was also amazing. Charlie was as delightful as ever and I was also warmly greeted by Stanley, her furbaby 💙
