Really great. I hadn’t had my lashes done before and they were friendly and explained what they were doing and how totally are care of them after for me. Been in to places before and instantly felt judged as I don’t wear a lot of makeup or get treatments done on a regular basis, which has put me off in the past. But the girls there didn’t make me feel like that at all. And will definitely go back.

I had waxing in two areas done by Kay for the first time, I was nervous as I know how painful it has been with other waxers, but Kay made me feel comfortable, and it wasn’t as painful as other places I have been too. My first time visiting Kay. I had some pre holiday waxing. Kay was very welcoming, lovely, clean, fresh yet homely space. The wax itself was reasonably pain free and a more pleasant experience than others I’ve been to, fabulous experience. I’ll be back soon.
