It was a bit painful at times, but the therapist; Lauren K Kincaid made me feel very comfortable and explained everything throughout. The results were super smooth and clean, definitely worth it. I had a really lovely experience. The space was clean, professional and calming. Charnelle did my dermaplaning and waxing, and she was incredible and very gentle, not aggressive at all, and she explained everything step by step which made me feel at ease. She took her time and made sure everything was done properly. I left feeling so fresh and taken care of. Highly recommend🤍

I went for a Hollywood wax and was so happy with the whole process. The previous wax I had was sugaring at a different salon and it was so painful so I was nervous. Sune was really calm and reassuring and the wax was basically painless. She's very professional and knows what she's doing. They're based in a really cute salon in Newlands and the whole experience was wonderful.

What an absolutely amazing experience. From the get go, booking an appointment was a seamless process. Super friendly and professional staff and very welcoming on arrival. The salon is beautifully setup. It’s super convenient in terms of location, and is basically a ONE STOP SHOP. I mean what’s better than having your lashes and nails done at the same time, and I even managed to fit in waxing.. And that’s not all they even have a hair salon 🤩
