I had such an amazing experience at this salon. The girls were absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind and genuinely professional. They made me feel comfortable from the very first moment. The result of my lashes was honestly insane, I couldn’t be happier. On top of that, they even gave me a complimentary head massage while I was waiting, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. I truly wish I could stay longer in Auckland just to try more treatments with them. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service and a beautiful experience.

Tysha was amazing, you have a real gem there! Super friendly and professional, plus very knowledgeable about Aleph products! I'll be coming back. Just one question about the amount I paid. I just remembered that I did pay the required deposit online before my appointment, but I think Tysha and I both forgot about that when I paid at the end. I initially went for Brazilian wax and then decided to go for hydrafacial. Waxing service done as little pain and best hydrafacial treatment and felt my skin was really relaxed and clean. Definitely see myself going back here. ☺️

This beautiful Ponsonby store has become my one and only place to go for my mani/pedi. My public presetation job means I have to look immaculate and my hands are very much "on display". Reshu and her girls go above and beyond and are so warm, friendly and conversational thus contributing to the Spa-like experience. 🥰 I LOVE this Salon for facials, massage and Henna and they wax too...Im just too cowardly for that😄

Absolutely amazing! Would 100% recommended if you are after a nice relaxing treatment! Great value for money. My partner and I were travelling for one night from Wanaka, Central Otago and wanted something different to do together whilst away from our children. This was perfect! $85 deluxe head spa! Honestly the best waxing experience, Reshu and her team are so friendly and welcoming, the prices are really excellent and I think it’s the least painful wax I’ve ever had! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
