Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

Amazing scalp massage, nice body massage and my hair feels soft and clean! Thank you. My only ask would be to put more scent in the steam especially for the second round of steam and a tiny bit firmer on the massage. Potentially adding Afterpay or Zip pay to your service. Otherwise amazing! And I will be back again! Thank you 🤩

Second time coming here, first time was amazing. Second time I felt like they were rushing the treatment and the staff were talking amongst themselves and I was abit uncomfortable. Wasn’t as relaxing as my first visit, hair was styled really nicely in the end but I was also charged extra without being told? Would still come back and hope for a better experience but left this time feeling abit disappointed.

I had the most relaxing experience at Crimson Beauty! I got a full body and Brazilian waxing done by Akansha, and she was absolutely amazing – professional, gentle, and made the whole process so comfortable. To top it off, she offered me a complimentary facial, and bless her magic hands, I had the most soothing face massage ever. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend Akansha and Crimson Beauty – I’ll definitely be back!

Very good experience here. got my Brazilian waxing done and it was not painful at all. beautician was very good and she make sure to trim my hair before waxing as i haven't got it done for a while. One thing i like the most about it is they don't charge according to hair growth. price is same for everyone no matter you have long hair or short. Thanks will be back for sure.

Booked in with Addy for full face waxing. So so pleased with how it turned out. 100% sure quality of wax was amazing as i have sensitive skin, and it got burn twice at previous places. The facial done by her,was the highlight for me—the massage was both relaxing and rejuvenating, and my skin feels soft, hydrated, and refreshed. The waxing was equally smooth and efficient.
