Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

The stylist was Efficient and did what I asked (thin my hair and trim back into style). Friendly and smiled. Probably could have used the hand mirror to show me the back of my hair, at the very end.

Walk in appointment for a haircut, asked for face framing layers and loved the end result. Had a wash and blow wave as well, was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep! Thanks Kuma, I’ll be back soon! ✨

Arrive at 255pm for 3pm Deluxe spa and was greeted with awkward looks and stares from the room. Finally a lady igreeted us at 305pm and told us to have a seat. At 310 lady came and gave us a quite overview of what we would expect then asked us to choose steam scents. At 315 we went up and NGL the head spa n massage for me was great and very relaxing. The girls however were quite chatty n giggly which without would have just been perfect. After the massage we returned downstairs to get hair dried. Definitely need upskilling in how to blow dry otherwise Hair Spa was 💣, will be back 😊

Staff were really nice and the classic head massage was amazing. 5 stars for the really lovely lady who walked me out to my car with an umbrella so my hair wouldn’t get ruined in the rain :) will definitely come back.

I had the most relaxing experience at Crimson Beauty! I got a full body and Brazilian waxing done by Akansha, and she was absolutely amazing – professional, gentle, and made the whole process so comfortable. To top it off, she offered me a complimentary facial, and bless her magic hands, I had the most soothing face massage ever. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend Akansha and Crimson Beauty – I’ll definitely be back!

Very good experience here. got my Brazilian waxing done and it was not painful at all. beautician was very good and she make sure to trim my hair before waxing as i haven't got it done for a while. One thing i like the most about it is they don't charge according to hair growth. price is same for everyone no matter you have long hair or short. Thanks will be back for sure.

Manaz does the best perms ever. They done methodically, hair rolled meticulously, each step is followed through thoroughly and the perms last very long. He is very popular in the salon as he can cut style dry perm extremely well, very high standard of work will keep coming back. Thank you

Booked in with Addy for full face waxing. So so pleased with how it turned out. 100% sure quality of wax was amazing as i have sensitive skin, and it got burn twice at previous places. I was really nervous prior to the appointment but addy was very friendly and put my mind at ease. Will 100% be back!☺️
