The experience was amazing, however, the guy drying my hair didn’t seem to care much about what he was doing, the hair dryer was so close to my scalp it felt like it was burning, kept blowing the dryer in my ears and face while looking out the window. Also the hair brush that was used on another client was used on me without being cleaned. Apart from that, the massage and hair treatments were fantastic.

Walk in appointment for a haircut, asked for face framing layers and loved the end result. Had a wash and blow wave as well, was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep! Thanks Kuma, I’ll be back soon! ✨

Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

Overall really good for the money you pay! Just some feedback when turning over for the back massage it smelt quite damp as the massage happened straight after the hair wash and the small hole to put your face in is directly in the hair wash bowl, which can be a little hard to breathe especially straight after a hair wash. Maybe do the back massage before the hair wash so it’s not as difficult to breathe

Dinesh was great as ever . I explained I’d had some medical procedures on my face which had stitches so please be aware . He was mindful of that during the shampoo wash and blow dry. The scalp massage almost put me to sleep and the neck massage really relieved some arthritic pain I had experienced . Overall a great hairdressing experience . 5 star ++++ Pauline Lancaster

Booked in with Addy for full face waxing. So so pleased with how it turned out. 100% sure quality of wax was amazing as i have sensitive skin, and it got burn twice at previous places. I was really nervous prior to the appointment but addy was very friendly and put my mind at ease. Will 100% be back!☺️
