Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

Amazing scalp massage, nice body massage and my hair feels soft and clean! Thank you. My only ask would be to put more scent in the steam especially for the second round of steam and a tiny bit firmer on the massage. Potentially adding Afterpay or Zip pay to your service. Otherwise amazing! And I will be back again! Thank you 🤩

I got a full body and Brazilian waxing done by Akansha, and she was absolutely amazing – professional, gentle, and made the whole process so comfortable. To top it off, she offered me a complimentary facial, and bless her magic hands, I had the most soothing face massage ever. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and pampered. I and ny mom did hand/ legs waxing, Eyebrows and upperlip. It was very good and will for sure recommend Crimson Beauty for Skin services. Akanksha is very polite with hands on experience in skin treatment. Prices are also reasonable. Give it a try and you will like it for sure.

Had a full leg wax. Got booked an appointment 15mins after phoning. Was fully satisfied with the treatment. Fast, efficient and near enough painless. Probably half the price you would pay anywhere else, as they have a special running till end of the year.
